I was excited to recive mine and tried it immediately. the cup is comfortable and there is a pressure release on the pump and cup wich is great if you get a bit too brave. the hose is removable, and the cup is verry easy to clean. Also a week before I purchased this one I bought a similar product at the local sex shop for over 60 dollars that did not work half as well.

This is not a cheapie - very good quality, although a little unusual type of device, it does work as advertised.
